Meet Sylvia Landman

Sylvia Landman, author, teacher, columnist, consultant and designer, lives in northern California.  She began teaching needlework and quilting classes for California Community Colleges in 1962 and added small business classes to her teaching schedule in 1982.  Sylvia also teaches and lectures for guilds, shops and national organizations across the U.S.

Her articles have appeared in many magazines including Crafts Magazine, Knitting & Crochet Digest, Jewelry Crafts, Home Office Opportunities, Crafts 'N Things, The Crafts Report, Professional Quilter, Quilting Quarterly Journal, (Journal of the National Quilting Association) Crochet World, Piecework Magazine, Quilting Home and The American School of Needlework and others

Sylvia Landman is a Certified Craft Designer by The Society of Craft Designers and a Certificated Teacher by The National Quilting Association. She is a Credentialed Small Business Community College Instructor and a fiber arts teacher.
